Cancellation Policy

Healistic Hands Massage and Bodywork will be accepting new clients by appointment only. Please see the hours below that available for booking when requesting an appointment. 

To request an appointment for MOBILE massage, please click on the Request Appointment tab and fill out the form or call my cell (910) 463- 8912 . In order to hold your mobile appointment, you will be asked to reserve using a card on file. You will NOT be charged until the completion of your appointment or according to our cancellation policy. 

• You may cancel your appointment without charge 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled massage.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service. 
• Canceling with less than 12 hours notice, NO SHOW/NO CALL WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL. Thank you for valuing each others time!
• If for any reason I am unable to make the appointment and need to reschedule, I will contact you with as much notice as possible. 

Disclaimer *** The therapist has the right to accept or decline the requested appointment for any reason. The therapist and the client have the right to terminate the massage at any point. Every incident will be handled on an individual basis. The client will be asked about medical history that is important in regard to receiving massage and will be asked to sign a health and liability waiver prior to services being rendered. ***

There is a Travel and Set up Fee in the amount of $40 for Mobile Massage Services that covers travel up to a 30 mile radius. Additional mileage will be charged at $.50 per mile.  This will be added to your invoice at checkout and will show up as "Travel and Set Up" on the receipt.
